Before beginning any practical work, you should first work through your E-File Training E-Book. This contains all of the essential theory and professional knowledge required to safely complete the course and understand the correct use of an electric nail file.

Throughout the e-book, you will be asked to answer theory questions to demonstrate your understanding. Your answers can be completed in either a Microsoft Word document or a Google Document, whichever is most convenient for you.

As you progress through the e-book, you will be prompted to watch your accompanying step-by-step training videos. We recommend watching each lesson carefully before attempting the practical techniques yourself.

Once you have completed both the theory work and training videos, you will move on to your practical assessment. For the Ultimate E-File Masterclass, your assessment consists of video case studies.

You will be required to record yourself completing the treatment on at least one full hand. Your videos should be recorded close enough for us to clearly see your techniques, with the hand remaining in view throughout each stage of the treatment. This allows us to accurately assess your skills and provide meaningful feedback where required.

Once you have completed your theory work and practical case study videos, upload all of your files to Google Drive. Please ensure your folder permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view”, otherwise we will be unable to access your work.

Email your Google Drive link to us for assessment. Once your submission has been received, one of our tutors will assess your work, and you will receive your results and feedback via email within 7 working days.
