My journey in the beauty industry began over 18 years ago when I started my first beauty qualification whilst still at school. Since then, I’ve built my career around helping others gain the skills and confidence to succeed.

For over five years, I’ve been training aspiring and qualified beauty professionals through flexible online learning, providing personal tutor support and individually marking every assessment.

How long do I have access to my course?

While you have 6 months to complete your training, you'll have access to all of your training materials for life.

Do I receive tutor support throughout my course?

Yes! Tutor support is available via WhatsApp only throughout your training if you need guidance or have any questions while learning.

Tutor support also continues after completion of your training for as long as you require it.

What happens if i don't pass my assessment first time?

Don't worry. If your work doesn't quite meet the required standard, your assessor will provide personalised feedback explaining what needs improving before you resubmit your work.

Can complete beginners take your courses?

Yes! Many of our courses are suitable for complete beginners. If previous qualifications are required, this will be clearly stated on the course page before you purchase.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The course price includes your online training and an emailed certificate upon successful completion.

If you'd like a professionally printed hard copy certificate, this can be purchased separately for £15, including UK postage.

How quickly do tutors reply on WhatsApp?

Our tutors always aim to reply as quickly as possible. Response times vary depending how busy they are, but you'll usually receive a reply within a few hours during working hours.

How quickly will I receive access to my course?

Online courses are usually sent within 24 hours of purchase. (Mostly within a few hours).

Orders placed after 8pm on a Saturday will be sent on the next working day (Monday).

Do i have to purchase one of your training kits?

No. You're welcome to use products and equipment you already own or purchase your own professional kit elsewhere.

We do recommend using professional-quality products during your training, rather than very low-cost kits, as this will help you achieve better results.

Who are you accredited with?

All of our courses are CPD accredited and include a recognised certificate upon completion.

How long do training kits take to arrive?

Our training kits are dispatched to arrive within 7 working days of purchase. In many cases they arrive much sooner, but please allow up to seven working days during busy periods.

How long does it take to complete a course?

There's no rush! we always recommend taking your time to learn each treatment properly and completing plenty of practice before submitting your case studies.

Students with previous experience may complete some courses within a few days, while complete beginners often take longer as they build their confidence and practical skills.

How long does it take to receive my certificate?

Once you have submitted your completed work for assessment, our assessor will review your work and you'll receive your results within 7 working days.

How long do I have to complete my training?

You have 6 months to complete your training.

If you purchased multiple courses you have 6 months per course.
