How our courses work

All of our courses are online based. This means you can fully complete our courses on your laptop, tablet or phone.

Once you have purchased a course with us it will be sent via email to your chosen email address within 24 hours. Please make sure you type your email correctly otherwise you will not receive your course. If you have not received your course within 24 hours then please check your junk mail/spam. You will receive a training manual and also links to your training videos.

All of our courses require you to complete theory work as well as practical work. For your theory work you must read through your training manual and answer the questions at the end of each unit. You can type your answers onto a Word document and save them for later.

Eventually you will reach the practical unit in your training manual, once you have watched your training videos you must complete 3 case studies. This means you must complete your treatment on 3 different people and take before, during and after pictures of each treatment. Once you have completed those you can attach your pictures to your Word document and then send all of that work over to our email address for marking. When submitting your work please use the subject bar to tell us what course you're submitting and also your full name.

Once you have submitted your work it will take up to 7 working days to hear back via email.
